SAME HERE ,I Have my 68 buckets restored and custom covered , but would like to have some A 100 SEATS AS GOOD AS THEY ARE -------------
The buckets pictured in the second post , actually look like crap in a barracuda .
Parts yard, Mustang, Sebring, whatever you like. taller seats from a SUV may be too tall.
Mounting and getting the height right takes some engineering with any alternative seats. Integrated seat belts requires rigid anchoring. I once saw black leather seats from A Volvo fitted into a B'cuda that looked very comfortable.
