Idler Arm Torque Specs

Does anyone know the torque specs for my idler arm as well as pitman arm nuts for a 76 Duster?

[STR-14]

Idler Arm - Bracket Nut - 55-65 FT LBS
Center link Nut - 30-40 ft lbs

Pitman arm - Large Nut 175 FT LBS
1/2 inch threads - 25-35 FT LBS
9/16 - 5/8 inch threads - 60FT LBS

Specs as per Moog instruction phamplets.
