Im almost at the point of getting a honda!

I had a similar problem on a truck I bought. I replaced a few parts and the wiring harness with no luck. A buddy of mine told me to run a wire from the positive connector on the alt. to the positive on the battery. All I know is that fixed it.

I had a simular problem with my Dart, turned out to be the condenser on the coil. Also make sure you have good grounds on all ingniton components. And a car will run if the coil is hooked up wrong , but not very well.

I solved the problem!!! I bought a 73 dart 4 door!!! lol
I couldn't pass on it, the car belonged to my dads neighbor and before that his dad was the first owner. This car is immaculate!!!! 225/ auto/ 7 1/4 the front end has been rebuilt along with the carb, he has all the original paperwork, oil changes and zerks greased every 1000 miles. Get in and go!!! I have drooled over this car since I was riding my bike around town and I got it for $1000.
As for the 73 scamp the motor is getting pulled, fixed, repainted and it's going in my 53 merc pick up. Then the car is getting sold.

I will post pics of the new dart on Tuesday when I pick it up.
