Inner fender splash guards

Are the inner fender splash guards that block off access to the door hinges black or painted body colour like the inner fenders???

I,ve seen both,black and body colour.On the 73 Swinger I stripped(original paint)The black plastic ones had some undercoating on them.

Who all repops the splash shields? I need a set for my 69 Dart but $100 each seemed pretty steep (they were metal ones). Does anyone remake the plastic ones? I hear they are the exact same, and I would think plastic ones would be a lot cheaper.
