are you going to run a thermostat???

engine might overheat before the thermostat opens up since the water is not being circulated thru the intake manifold and the bypass...

If running a stat I would worry about dead heading the water pump. Probably have to run restrictors instead.

I do not run the bypass on my 360, and have a 180 degree
stat......never had a cooling issue..... Warms up fine and
never been hotter than 190.

do you have your heater core hooked up in the cooling system? if so i believe that would be a sort of bypass letting coolant flow through the intake. IMO
