Hey Kenny,
We are almost ready to pull the trigger on this next run of rods.
My main hang out is slantsix.org where a lot of the die-hard Slant 6ers are.

These rods should be paired with the right piston. Wiseco makes the right piston for this combination.

If you are serious and ready to send in the 50% deposit, I will add you to the list.

I'm ready. I'm planning on using the cast 2.2 Chrysler Sylvolite pistons that Summit sells. I think the ones with the dish. 88mm with a 15.5 cc dish.

Better check to see if those pistons can be used with floating piston pins. The Molner rods use floating pins, so the pistons must have pin retainer lock grooves. The stock 2.2 pistons for non turbo (flat top) are press fit pins. The stock 2.2 turbo pistons (dished) are floating pins.

I am planning on using the dished pistons. I calculated the compression and with a zero deck it gives me a 9.71 compression ratio. So that will work?

I'm about to "Hit Send" on this order of rods...

If anyone else wants a set, please let me know ASAP!

$400 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

It will take about 16-18 weeks before they will be shipped.

They have to have a minimum of seven (7) sets to make a batch, so get 'em now...
