Interior Heat Barrier ?

What is the best product for heat insulation ? Currently I have none on the firewall and floorboard. The interior firewall gets so hot you can't hold your hand on it.

I was at the SEMA show in Vegas a couple years ago and saw a product, spray on heat shield and sound deadener. The product was called Lizard Skin and is sprayed on like truck bed liner. He is located in the central USA
It had a very high heat resistance and could be used as under coating as well.
May wanna check it
