I am trying to find the (clips/clamps?) for attaching my under dash interior heater hoses. I didn't take car apart so I didn't see how they were on originally. I have purchased new hoses from yearone but they didn't have anything for attaching them. any help is appreciated. Local auto parts guy didn't even know what I was talking about.

Neither do I. I was not aware any of the classic Mopars had heater connections IN the car. Mustangs/ Falcoons/ etc, yes

my 66 barracuda has two of them that go from heater box to up under dash vents

Funky shaped barbed retainer clip. Should be 2 on each end where hose slides over. Check w barracuda kid or whitepunkonnitro either one prob has these.

What about using a plastic tie strap or CV boot clamp ?

To clarify, OP is asking about the "defroster ducts". To most people, a "heater hose" carries coolant under the hood. If you use generic duct (fabric or plastic w/ steel spring), you need to add a filler bushing on one end (climate box, I recall), since the ends of the factory duct are different sizes.
