This is off my 1969 dart, the corrosion from the radiator fluid has left the wall thickness a little over 1/8" at its thinnest part. Am I going to be okay using the provided paper gasket? Any suggestions?

Clean it thoroughly and use liquid metal (JB Weld??) to reinforce that spot.

Agreed. Do some minor grinding or roughing up of the surface, clean it off thoroughly and epoxy it back to its original shape/contour. Good luck.
Agreed, clean & JB weld it & put some scotch tape on it & invert it & let it dry so the mud will settle evenly flush with the sealing flange.

i wonder what the odds are you might find a piece of copper tube you could put in there to sleeve it?

another vote for jb weld. Use a file to dress the gasket mating surface to flat... done.
