Deglazing and with a 3.910 std bore they all cylinders are under 3.913 is the largset measurement I can get but I got this ring you can see in picture. Do I need to keep going. This is not a race motor

What are you honing with? You'll be ten years getting that out with a ball hone. I'd let it ride.

Oh, also WHERE in the cylinder are you measuring from?

If you can slow the drill down, and increase the speed of the stroke, maybe spend a short while trying to get a 45* cross-hatch as in pic.
Helps seat and lube rings, otherwise, good job.

I’m measuring 1” down and about 3” , down, up down left right. Anywhere in stroke as well.
