Is this too much for used body panels?

I found a trunk floor in great shape for $150, and lower quarter panels for $150 each as well. Good prices? These are on junk yard cars.

Oops sorry, 71 duster for the D side quarter, 73 dart sport for trunk floor and P side quarter. Going on my '74 Hang Ten / '71 Demon hybrid.
(yes, I know the side marker lights are different, but I got plans for those, so it'll be a moot point ;-)

If they are what you need and not full of rust then it is a good price. Shipping on bady panels will kill you now days.
