I picked this car up for parts. Paid $200 for it thinking the fenders and hood would be useful. When I got it home and looked it over, I couldn't bring myself to part it out! Damn addiction! Anyway one of my son's friends wants a project. Well this is it. It runs and really isn't that rusty. It's a slant six / 904 / 7 1/4. New master cylinder, carb kit, fuel pump and different tank. Pretty good start for a young gun. In the next few days we will be patching the floor. Just under the drivers seat, the rest is good.

Damn addiction.... LOL! Yep you got it bad George! You're doing a damn good thing by saving these cars. At least Stacey knows where you are.... In the garage. LOL
 

I had one of those in dark green(old Bell Canada car) when I was 19 yrs old.The Green Latreen went on a few camping trips loaded.My friends didn't,t mind a ride north in it for a weekend of party,n :D
 
Thanx guys. The darn Valiant has even grown on me! I think it'll be a cool little cruiser for him.
 
good save.!!! I found a more door 67 dart, slant. been trying to decide if feasible for 15 yr old grandson.
I will have to find out if he has any car genes. single mother, he will have to want to work job after school or weekends to help pay costs of just owning the thing if I get it for him. straight A sudent, good kid, but has had sports on his brain since 2.

One of the many A-bodies that I used as a "beater with a heater" years ago was a dark green more door as well....
