just bought a 70' Dodge Dart Custom

Bought the car yesterday and already love the slant six. Can anyone tell me the purpose of the exhaust manifold being connected to the intake under the carb? Also is there a diagram for the Dart vacuum hoses and other hoses? I don't think mine are all connected.

That puts hot air to the intake to help with cold start. Factory service or Hayns manual should have that info in it.

Might be a diagram under the hood. If not get a manual. A haynes might even be good enough. Check on line or on here. I'm not sure what the story is on the intake/exhaust set up. It is a pain if it is leaking. Good look.
