K-member skid plate, does anyone have experience?

-
Had something similar to that, friend made it for me, years ago on one of my Darts. Worked well for what it was....

I just make my own and weld it on, helps with flex over the open hole for the sway bar in latter K members.

Firm Feel added one when they beefed my K. I'm happy with it. Like a sad reminder of my sex life, it's never touched bottom, so I'm not sure it does much.

In my 340 Duster...pulled out to pass a guy and there lays an unbroken cinder block. No chance to miss it, turned just enough to have it hit the kframe where the lwr control arm attaches....bent the control arm a bit, and a big dent in the kframe...the c-block exploded out from under the car.
missed the headers and the oil pan... thank you

For peace of mind the oil pan is protected...I've run my skid plate across road edges. As mentioned they are a GREAT location to grab with a floor jack. Make or buy is the question.

Yea ink, tow hooch? I've never seen one of those before...LMAO...

I just got the right depth oil pan. No dents in mine after major off-roading...
