K member weld

Does anyone have the thread that showed what to do on welding up a k member to make it stronger. Seems like i have seen the thread in the past but can not find it now.

just a thought, don't forget to weld some kind of brace to the steering box mount for added ridgidity while you're in there. it really helps.

i just welded an extra piece of metal across the longest open gap between kframe and mount. its kind of an odd shaped opening but looking at it shows theres alot of area with no support.
it looks like firmfeel filled the entire gap, i just welded a little extra metal there for stiffness.
