New paint on the duster will just turn me into a paranoid wreck... Maybe that's his ploy? Have me a paranoid wreck have a stroke and then he gets the car.. painted!..

The local Kart Club track. It's grown some since I were the club VP . The upper section was added after I took karting off in order to raise a rug rat.
World Formula Briggs were like 16? My Honda GX200 was right there with them.
That's absolutely awesome. This is hot rodding with karts!
I start the thread and get no mentionable honors.......Thanks guys, for helping me to relive an incredible time in my life ! done my heart some real good

Local track is open everyday except Monday. Pretty much noon to dusk. They run the rentals for 15 minutes and then anyone who's got a cart for 15 minutes and back and forth and that cost 40 bucks for the day... Wednesday's they do 20 minute sessions and on the weekends they open at 9 a.m....Well, you could get your feet wet (har har) by running it on a fun day, or privately on your own property. if you have enough room to build a track...
I live in the city there's no room except for a racing around my city block...
I probably catch a goats head in one of the tires and have my excuse I mean excuse me reason not to show up to the track....lol...just race it around YR's house, he won't mind

Yes it has a starter on it LOL ... A pull rope... The lo206 has a pull rope. 100cc two-stroke has an electric start. And I believe the shifter karts are push start...We want to give an honorable mention to @j par for starting this thread.
I think you would have a blast. I would check around at the local track too, there might be somebody who has an older kart they might get rid of cheaper than this, and help you get started. Also, does the kart you're looking at have a starter with it? I don't remember there ever being a pull starter on the Animal engines.
That's interesting. The pull starter on our engine was removed so you just stuck the pull starter on and gave it a yank. Of course some of those Briggs starters and the one way hub on the flywheel would stick and drag, couldn't have that on the track. And if you do get the kart, watch that right arm near the header. I've got plenty of scars from hitting hot headers.Yes it has a starter on it LOL ... A pull rope... The lo206 has a pull rope. 100cc two-stroke has an electric start. It looks like it's got header wrap on it but I might throw another layer LOL or a little shield or something...That's interesting. A rolling stand... Some extra used tires (he said for practice).. the original lo206 he forgot to put oil in.. DOH!... LOLGoing back and looking at it, the engine and header may be far enough back to not cause an issue. What extras does it come with?
Sounds like a pretty good deal. Hopefully the other 206 is rebuildable.A rolling stand... Some extra used tires (he said for practice).. the original lo206 he forgot to put oil in.. DOH!... LOL
Mychron 4...
Rebuildable possible. but after at rebuild it will be no good for competition once the seal is broken but fun for practice....Sounds like a pretty good deal. Hopefully the other 206 is rebuildable.

That's true. Might be fun on a mini-bike lol.Rebuildable possible. but after at rebuild it will be no good for competition once the seal is broken but fun for practice....
That kart looks pretty good, and that stand is nice. They used to be expensive, especially to us. We modified a wagon as a kart hauler for about $20 bucks.
well the stand that it's on is definitely not the one that I get LOL those are about four hundred bucks for that battery-powered with the motor. I'm just going to get a manual one LOL and I think there around two hundred bucks...That's true. Might be fun on a mini-bike lol.
