I bought angled mounting spacers off of Ebay and cut holes in my kickpanels with a jig saw.

Year One also has them, with just the openings, or 2 speaker choices. I used a Roto-Zip and used the ones in the car, mounted some small round speakers with plain black grills (on black kick panels), and they look GREAT! Did the same treatment on the rear package shelf, and they just blend in . . . looks like they were ment to be there, instead of a 40 year newer add-on.

They're $14 shipped, and I get to use real speakers with REAL magnets.

I've just got them mocked up in some old kick panels that I had layin around, but here's an idea of what they will look like.
