This was one of the projects I had to complete before getting back to the Dart.
I have to say, last winter was awesome, blowing snow in a T-shirt in a cab at 70 plus.
Definitely one of my most worthwhile projects.
    I detailed everything in a youtube how-to.

You can't do that. You MUST sit outside in a raging wind, ice in your eyes, frost in your nose, and blue toes and fingers. And 3 coats and 2 pairs of pants. You MUST be wet, and have snow down your neck. Otherwise, the "blow won't take"

It's the same thing in amateur radio. You can NOT install a new antenna in 65 degree spring weather. You MUST do so in a raging storm of some kind. The higher the wind the better. LOLOL

And if you have mustache snotcicles hanging of it or a beard with frost all over it so you’re looking like rabid dog foaming at the mouth.

Nice work. Are you on tractorByNet? It’s an excellent tractor forum.

Actually, "so far this year" winter has been a non-event. Last night/ this morning we got some REAL heavy snow about 2-3 inches, 100% water. But that can certainly change. Some of the hardest winters we've had did not get underway until after Jan 1

Orange tractor talks.ca has a wealth of kubota related information. Lots of custom built stuff. Another great collective mind.

              i used a snowmobile helmet.....

I'm breaking all the rules. Just had a solid 4" dump. The white kind :)
Good to hear from you Del.

Too many times like that. I'm leaving that for the younger men.

                Yes I am. Great forum.

Tempting, but a little cold keeps out a lot of the undesirables :)

                Happy New Year everyone!

                    Beautiful job on that cab.

                      Thanks RR and Jadaharabi.
My grandson was 10, got him going on the MIG for simple stuff. He was so excited.
It took a bit of tweaking cutting rewelding to get the doors to fit nice.
Compared to the Dart resto this was super simple.
