Old timers will remember the name Pink. No not the PINK on the *** of some young girl's pants, ED PINK! This is a 38 minute long interview where he takes the interviewer (and us) on a tour of the legendary engine shop that he started in 1965. I'm sure anyone interested in car engines will appreciate the history.

The city of LA is taking control of his property through eminent domain to make a bus station for the Olympics. Hell, a case can be made for declaring it an historical landmark.

 
Barry Setzer had Pro Stock and Funny Cars using Ed Pink Racing Engines in early 70s. His garage in Hickory, NC

Ed sold the shop years ago. A well known Indy racecar collector, Tom Malloy owns the land and the business (or part of it). Malloy bought the property in 2015 for $2.1M and the seller was not Ed Pink.

Ed Pink has a small shop in Newbury Park called Ed Pink's Garage. It's rumored that Ed Pink Racing is moving to somewhere in Newbury Park or general vicinity.

It's a non-descript industrial building. The equipment, pictures on the wall, and content are what's special. It can move to another building.

This is over romanticized truth editing on social media content trying to grab views.
