In my extensive research, I have found that it depends largely on the type of dispenser. Free wheeling type, like the one shown in example, under tends to be the best choice. With this method you can easily extract the correct amount from the roll with a simple snap of the wrist. Putting it over you end up needing to use two hands or you end up with a large pile on the floor. Floating axle type, because of the braking action produced as roll rubs on wall one hand usage is obtained in either method. So both ways are acceptable. LMAO.

Yea same here but got a side job helping an old gal down the street. Drivers window fell down and she needs help fixing it so she can drive without freezing. Don't mind helping and might get a pan of home made cookies out of the deal.

coffee place ran out of oil so only heat is at the other end of the building and one construction heater in the shop ,only saving grace is its 7deg outside so you can at least dress for it

Neighbor got his tractor out and was moving snow out of his yard today and put this in my yard. I know it's the ditch and water drains from his yard to mine but wouldn't you ask me before you did this. Never lived in in town but would have asked the neighbor before I did this much snow in there yard. 80 feet 4 foot tall.
