Great morning fellas. Why great you ask well I have had problems fighting blood sugar for the last several years and dont want meds because of what they do to your body. I have changed my diet and got the numbers down to 240 - 250 but cant get lower than that. Normal should be 140 and a lady at work mentioned Cinnamon so I tried it and my 2nd day in with 4 doses a day I am 156. Mom died at 69 because she fought it most of her life and I dont want to go that early.
Good to hear CF. I don't meds. either.
 
It was too high should be 140 and almost lost my CDL because doc didnt want to pass me on the physical. He gave me a year and said if I didnt control it he would fail me next year
do you excercise?..even moderate helps..and yes, stay away form those nasty pills. what about go on them to stabilize your level then ween yourself off them while you excercise. high in dietry fiber and try to control your carb intake. Excess fat is stored in the form of carbs. once you excercise, that stored fat ( carbs) start feeding your body with fuel, then burns fat once the carbs are chewed up. Processed sugar is white death in my opinion. I'm far from being an except but i have read and practiced healthy choices all my life. Yes, i fall off a few times, but habit is the key to a regular consistent regime..blah,blah blah...I'm sure you have heard it before :rolleyes:

Which may make for an “interesting “ Vet visit, as dog #1 is going in to have her anal glands expressed at 8:00.

That is great news, I do not take any meds, only some vitamins. My mother has been working hard to keep her blood sugar levels in the normal range for about 20 years now. One of my co workers has just been diagnosed with diabetes and nearly had his cdl pulled because of it. Told me that his kidney function was almost done but he has changed his diet and is doing much better.

diet and moderate exercise is so key. Its the greedy corp pharma that pushes this sh*t on us for big profit. they always use bandages to cure the symptom and never the actual problem. getting the right doctor that doesn't push big pharma agenda is key as well.

I hear some brands of cinnamon have high levels of lead in them. They cut it with lead to make it weigh more.
 
never heard of that. And I'm a BIG conspiracy theorist. Two large groups i dont trust! GOVT and CORP'S. BUT... cinnamon in moderation as well..Turmeric is also very good for you
I didn't do any research on it. My neighbor told me and they are big health nuts. I'll check a little deeper. Grinding your own might be the answer. Safety Alert

If you're referring to diabetes. You have to be very careful because diabetes will go after your sight and your legs. That's why you see people who are now amputes.
I'm borderline but I keep my sugars under control with diet. When I check my sugars it's usually 4.9-5.2 which is good.

Went out shopping this morning. Wasn't bad out really, even walking around with my coat open.
I attempted to replace that cable but noticed I'll have to stand the blower on it's nose to get to the top anchor.
I'm not able to do that right now so I'll get my neighbour to help me.
Still works kinda sorta

cinnamon can have adverse effects if not taken cautiously.
