Well, you know somebody somewhere would like to sue someone else for not informing them about such dangers.:poke:

On a related note, I recently watched a YouTube video about some people who decided to build a very large (3 storey) 'cottage' in Glacier National Park some time ago. It seems that the local government didn't want to be involved with the permitting process, claiming that because it was inside the boundaries of the national park, it was a federal government matter. In the end these fools built this eyesore some 10 feet from the water's edge, but construction was stopped when someone finally got involved and made a complaint based on the potential for water pollution. If I remember right it was near Lake MacDonald.

As for the lack of qualified trades people, well nobody wants to get their hands dirty anymore, they all want to make hundreds of thousands of dollars sitting on their asses in a nice comfy office, or at home.
one word...entitled...

Courts say it can stay. Pretty unlikely it will flood.

Home from work a few hours ago. Got that cab corner all welded in and ready for primer.
It's not getting easier to work on cars, my hands lock up and get numb.
Seems like it takes twice as long to anything.

Man I get that. Hands and eyes. I can handle the taking longer part because I don't hurt myself as much. Glad to be able to do it at any extent.

I'm concerned Charlie, my body work has always been straight but I can't feel with my hands anything anymore. I guess block and prime is all I can do.

I spray the primer down with mild solvent to simulate the gloss of the finish. I find the wiggles that way but to tell you the truth, most people wont see it or care. I see runs, dirt and other blemishes in factory paint. We have to draw the line. I call it "commercially acceptable"

Agree with that, most people would never find what we do. I just get too picky and I need to let it go.

Trying to grow old gracefully is not easy but I stay away from doctors and drugs. Works good so far anyway.
Living better through science. A double dose of Nyquil seemed to save my life the other night. Otherwise, raw garlic is my kryptonite

Take the political discussion to the np section. Do everybody a favor, and don't get our thread locked, or deleted. Thank you much.

A little dab here and there doesn't hurt. The people in this thread have treaded lightly so far.

My second grade teacher is a great contributor to our community. I love her. I just replaced the turn indicator/cornering light in her grand marquee. No charge. Rock on Miss Larson.

Funny thing is I remember replacing those lights being a pain back in the day. Today, wobbly snap-on socket makes it a breeze.

Happy Birthday Dennis. 74 years

Sounds like carpel tunnel. Either surgery or try a wrist support
