I look around and see how many open their hoods then decide.
Morning guys.
Wife and I pulled out 4 boxwood bushes yesterday and two on Saturday.
They sure put up a fight though. Couldn't use a come along because nothing to hook too.
The last one was a bugger so got my reciprocating saw and finally made short work of it.
We wanted to get them out as it's yard waste pickup today. Those guys will earn their keep this morning with the bushes and bags of yard waste.
Went to another car show last night, it was overcast and quite windy but a good turnout.
Tonight doesn't look good for the show tonight. It's calling for rain so wait and see.
There was another good show 40+ miles east of here. 500 cars showed up and they raised 2052 dollars on the 50/50 for Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. The guy has a show every year for the hospital.

For those bushes, if you didn’t get them all out just wait until they green up and hit them with roundup. Doesn’t take much, a little spritzer bottle from the hardware store will be to much. Worked great on my Mom’s caraganas

Morning guys went to Epping North Dakota to help a friend pick up a car he bought at a big action there. About 300 old cars and trucks and 63 of them didn't sell so the family is taking them to the crusher. :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

Hi guys.
Been spitting all day on and off but did get the one root out and out to the curb for pickup.
I'm sure the guys on the truck were swearing as there was a lot of stuff.
Don't think the Monday night show will be a go because of the weather, so far anyway.
Be nice to sit and have a good supper tonight for a change.
Have a great evening

Well been trying to sell my collection of 67 to 72 ford trucks a 67, 69,70, 72 for the price of scrap. For 3 years now. One has an N carrier in it that will stay here, unless payed for.One other is a 69 has a mint factory chrome grill and bumper, chrome around tail lights chrome molding down sides. But no takers so rebar and grader blades they are. Got a good pile of cash in my recollection of a wreck collection. So I understand it’s good stuff but it needs to go.

Kinda like me I still have some good parts but no one is wanting them. Think I might just be in the scrap pile with your Fords.

I am still young enough that my horde is taking space but no ready to scrap anything yet
. I listed that 2009 Sebring and it sold to the first person within an hour. It had 53,000 miles on it and people said I sold it to cheap at 2700 but I only had 1000 plus labor in it.

I reached out to you on the ‘69 a while back (a year ago?), but don’t know what ever happened to that conversation. Anyway, I would be interested in quite a bit of of the ‘69 chrome parts, so please shoot me some pics of them.

Thanks!

Jim

(May be interested in some of the ‘67 parts as well, just not sure exactly what right at this minute.)

Make people happy to buy what you sell and still make a good profit is a win win in my book.

I been looking for a rat rod truck and a 39 Chevy a good friend happens to have and I really don't need another project but damn I want it.

Not really interested in all the work of removing, boxing and shipping parts as I’m still left with the carcass. They’re here bring a trailer, I’ll help you load them

I get they, but it’s kinda hard to just “bring a trailer” when I don’t know what anything looks like.
