My pellet gun manufacturer said to put 100 rounds through it before sighting it in. My first 2 shots sounded louder than a 22 longg rifle. the third shot quieted right down and dropped the trajectory a bunch. Its a Ruger Blackhawk. 1000 fps. I have not shot it but maybe 20 times so far. It's kind of all over the place on the target.
Clean it, factory grease in barrel. My experience.

Morning guys.
Sorry but not into guns in anyway shape or form.
Just not my thing.
A lot cooler now thank goodness.
Got to meet our new neighbours yesterday, they are really nice so relieved.
Sure going to miss our old ones though.
May have to wash the Cuda today because of all the sap on it. I'll try just detailing it first and see how it turns out.
Got two big car shows to go to this weekend.
One guys personal car collection plus a bbq and live music.
The guy has a matching numbers 70 Superbird Hemi 4 speed and a 69 GTX rag top hemi 4 speed in B5 blue. It's gorgeous!! Just to name a few.
Then on Sunday the funeral home will have an appreciation day.
Have a good one
Sorry, it's the best I could do this morning

I didn't see anything like that in the Manual with either of mine (.177 and .22), but I did find that the accuracy went up after 25 rounds or so. And I cleaned the barrel in both. Guess they have a break-in period as well.

Edit: I did notice the type, and quality, of the pellets made a significant difference in accuracy, as some manufacturers seem to be better at holding tolerances than others.

Happy Friday to ya guys.
Raining so not going to do any sand blasting on the 63 so I think I'll change oil and filter on the Scamp.

Morning, Fred.

We're supposed to get that same rain sometime this afternoon, and I was (past tense) thinking of hauling the trailer to work with me today so I could stop at Menards on my way home and pickup some insulation. But rain and fiberglass don't mix very well, so....Nope!

Got the call that the steel panels for the ceiling are "in", so I got that going for me....

Probably read that online. Specifically talking about using a scope.

Morning guys.
Great show last night.
Never seen so many Vettes at a car show but then again who cares?
The black 67 Dart has a 514 with twin turbos. I asked him before what he was putting out and said somewhere between 1200-1400 HP.
He's done some work on it since like 2 injectors per cylinder and now with race fuel he's getting 2000 hp and running in the 7's. He of course cuts out the second set of injectors when driving on the street. The ground sure shakes when he pulls in.
Got this other show tonight at this guys place at 3 today. He's a Mopar collector and all hemi cars. I'll be taking lots of pictures for sure.
Time to check your heart again so better sit down

Evening guys. went out early this morning to see my son in Bismark and drove the Scamp there and had a good visit and a fun ride there and back.

Went to the movie theatre and saw Superman. Well worth it. 2 hrs on the tailbone was a little rough. First time in 20+ yrs of going to the movies.

Morning guys and WOW is all I can say about the car show yesterday.
This guy has been putting on this BBQ for 20 years and this was the last one.
He's in his 80's now and getting to be too much for he and his wife.
There was a live band and all the food and drink you could handle including beer and wine.
His toy box was breath taking. Almost every car was a Hemi and a who doesn't have a Hemi sitting on his garage floor
