I got tired of looking at all the cars with a 350 chevy engine. No imagination out there only one flat head v8 and that was in a boat but cooler than ****.

Nice FOG. I just sold a 48 F5 flat bed.. I think it will make a good rat rod. and the flat head will be a great addition.

Had the frame sandblasted and going to por-15 it.
Good choice I like por-15 A quart can goes a long way as long as you don't put the lid back on the can to save the leftovers with paint around the seal of the can.
Don't ask me how I know that.
Fred the boat is amazing we have a group that reserrected the boat drags here a few years ago , lots of high powered inboards lots of outboards , my dad used to talk about them when he was younger and a fast boat then went 30 mph , he had never been in a boat over that until mine , my boat although not new or super fancy,it has a 150hp fuel injected outboard on a 16 ft boat it only does 95km an hour
It throws a wicked roost trimmed up at 6000 rpm. I was happy he got to go over 30 I think I scared him but he just nervesly said wow ! The boat starts chine walking at about 60 km , but if you put her in a slight turn it’ll stay on one chine and feel ok !
that's a lot of HP for a 16 foot boat Biff I bet it will stand on end.
My teen age years was on my grandfathers fishing boat in Westport Washington.

Well yes it’s set up real good bow doesn’t really jump up the whole boat does it’s awsome because its over powered if it’s not trimmed right it starts to pourpose so you can almost get the whole boat jumping out of the water if you get the timing and throttle right ( wife cannot be in the boat when this is done she’s louder than the motor) .
yea my wife was pretty laud when I use to give her a ride on my dirt bike.
Broke my jet ski last year so now we have a paddle boat and not having to work on water toys anymore.
