Yup all primed. Miss the old days when we cleaned the primer gun when it quit spraying instead of before it kicks. Ha ha. Need to get one of those 3m guns that you just throw the tip in the garbage and dont have to clean anything.

Jeff has one gonna have to check one out.
Sooo you are old enough to remember the old primer left in the gun for a long time.

Oh ya. hanging on the nail for everyone to use. Put your finger over the vent hole and pull the trigger to get it to spray a little better.

Always thought you to be in your early 40s. So you are almost old I would guess.
So you remember spot puddy and lacquer paint and trying to match a color. and straining a frame with a tram gauge.

Done er all Fred. Went to school for it in 81. Been doing it since. I've had a pretty good run with a lot of training. Been an A.S.E. master for 16 years until I threw in the towel 3 years ago.

Why if you don't mind me asking did you throw in the towel.
I got tired of fixing car parts that should have been replaced because it was my neck on the line not the insurance company.

I know what your talking about there. My deal was a little more personal. Health and family.
I still do body work at home (obviously), just not the UPTOWN ****. My dad was dying and i was diagnosed with pretty aggressive prostate cancer. Dad died and I didn't. I dont plan on dying anytime soon. They sure did mess with my head for a while. We took care of Dad for about six months intensely. Alzheimer. They told me I was done too. They messed up the prognosis. Kind of hard to be mad about that but I got to tell ya, it messes with your mind. Pretty happy camper today with a few wear bars showing.

My granddad died of Alzheimer and my dad died from prostrate cancer. I am sorry BP about your dad. SOO are you cancer free then?

Yes sir. Three years if I pass my next test. My father in law died too from the prostate. Ugly way to die. We were caregivers there too. My wife took 6 weeks off for that.
No regrets with my dad. He had an awesome life. Some funny stories from the Alzheimer. Peculiar disease. I hope your dad didn't suffer like my father-in-law did.

FIRST as I said yesterday LOL. I've been reading some of the posts. We have a great bunch of guys in this group. Guys who care a lot about our families and always willing to give advice. I'm glad I'm part of it.
Hope your tests come back good BP. Going through that misdiagnosis must have been awful but glad it was wrong. My mom went through dementia as well but pneumonia took her before it got really bad I'm glad to say. My cousin in Australia has stage 4 vascular dementia caused by a blood clot going up into his brain after a simple knee surgery. He's going into a nursing home next week.
Have a great one guys.

Pictures from cutting down the Birch Tree. It was a cold, windy damp day.
