Spring for Fred is a long way off. He only gets 2 months of summer where he lives. Just kidding Fred.
Feels that way CF as little as 4 months somtimes. A few years ago we had snow on the ground till June.
And why do I live here I keep telling myself. LOL

Looks like I might get all my gates finished today. Woohoo!

Probably got a little more touchups to do and call the fence finished. I never thought it was going to be this much work, time and $.

Good deal always nice to get a big project done.
Money everything cost money.

Epoxy is on the 1/4s and back. waiting to put the primer on in a few hours. YEH.
My old paint rep told me to wait over night if you can before putting anything on top of the DPLF but the tech sheet does say 1 hour with 1 coat. How many coats Fred?

I'm cheap BP 1 wet coat and thinking of waiting at least 3 hours before prime or maybe over night. Trying to keep the garage warm and ventulate is hard but a good day no wind and 17 above.

You'll be fine at a few hours I think. Especially if it will be months before you block it and paint it. I think it just takes longer to shrink if you prime it sooner than later. He told me optimally to wait 3 days.

Real hard for me to wait that long because it feels like I should sand it just to make sure, but not gonna. Using PPG DPS 3055 primer over it at about $300 a gallon but I like it and good hold out.
