Great guy he was but a slob.
Couldn't stand that. My workplace has to be clean. Even when the compactor was taken out to empty I would clean all the crap that had fallen down. It hadn't been done in years so I hopped down and started cleaning. The boss drove by and saw me and came over and thanked me for doing that. I told him I can't stand working in a mess.

They are

All of the dentist are probably in cahoots. She drops me as a patient then the next one pulls the same game I'm guessing. Ya its probably o good Idea but man $400 to clean your teeth and take some digital pictures and stick your hand in my mouth for 3 minuits. Last time that was her exam. 3 minuets or less probably... $60
Geez BP...400 bucks for a cleaning and x-rays. Do you get a kiss with that too. I just had x-rays and cleaning and inspection... cost me 200 bucks. Yeah they give me a senior discount but the discount isn't that much. Is that the normal rate if you don't have a dental plan?

Sounds to me like the pine cone with no lube up the back side.
We work to cheep at what we do or did. tell the doctor or dentist to fix there own car I bet they can't even change a wiper blade without help.

It is at this place. She bought all kinds of fancy **** and everything is automated through texting. 2 people (that I really liked ) have quit since she started. I'm gonna shop around for sure. She is pretty cute but she thinks she is too. Just didn't get that warm and fuzzy feeling the first time I met her.

Sorry I pushed the wrong button.
Was wondering what you guys thought about using lock tite or anti seze on all the nuts and bolts when I put my car back together.

Hey guys. I gotta say something positive. It is 45 degrees right now and I pulled back the insulation in my damaged roof and built a good fire( i have a wood stove in that room) and it's pretty dry under the insulation. I think I'll be alright until get this thing fixed. I cut back some more sheet rock just cause I thought there was another broken rafter and there is. That makes 2 broken rafters. And a shot of the snow this morning. It really shows the fence damage.

If you use Loctite Fred, be careful which one you use , Red is the strongest one and probably needs heat to loosen , blue is the next strength , easier to remove later.

Maybe she'd like to have two pulled and one filled.

Yes big time damage BP , darn trees weigh a lot!

As long as it says "may need destructive forces for removal" I'm all for it. LOL. I loctite alot of stuff not sure if it's right or not. I've never had a problem removing bolts with red loctite.

Your gonna be busy real soon getting the roof fixed but you need to lose a few feet of snow first.

Wow you still have a lot of snow BP. Good luck with the repair.

Iv'e used both and never tried anti seze. would use the blue on the front and rear end suspension I would think and anti seze on like fender bolts and and bumper brackets.
Does that sound like a good idea.

Thats why I pulled the insulation and built a fire. I've been waiting for it to warm up and do this so I can melt it off faster. Supposed to stay warm for days now, well normal anyway. Dang that was a rough February.

The damaged side of the roof has way less snow on it than the other side because of the wind. Our snow looks worse than it really is. I think it doesn't have that much moisture in it and will go fast. PLEASE. LOL

I bet it was. pretty normal here so far but looks like SLO is gonna get hit again real soon with your last storm and I will get just a small amount.

Pretty much what I was thinking.

Iv'e had it with rusty bolts on even newer cars around here and would think that some kind of coating is better than none at all.
I always put anti-seize on my wheel studs. Just a nice thin coat with and acid brush. Just make sure it doesn't get on your lug nut tapered fit. I was experiencing increasingly annoying vibration on my Subaru. I pulled all of the wheels and cleaned both mating surfaces real good with scotch-brite roloc discs with my air powered surfacing grinder ( I think that's what it's called). Boy did that make a difference. It was pretty crusty under there. Fixed 90 % of the vibrations.

Thanks BP I will.
