morning gents, gotta ask...whats this going into?
Good morning! 1967 Barracuda with 1970 K member. That's a 340. A hundred years ago I got the running gear out of a rolled over Duster. So I have HD springs anti- sway bar Kesey Hays brakes all that jazz. Low gear 904 out of a cop car and 3:91 gears, Engine is pretty mild with forged pistons and crank. Should be bullet proof if I did my job.

I prefer the older style cuda's over the 70's style...Challenger's were my love in comparison, but went with a dart swinger 340 cause the challengers were out of my price range @ the time, and quite frankly, still are

Bullet proof is just a matter of where you set the rev limiter.

Cleaned the garage today and got all that epoxy resin and fiberglass cloth stored away. Must be 400 pounds of cloth and that box of premeasured tubes of epoxy is about 1 quart for each tube and over 100 tubes plus about 8 gallons of epoxy resin in the buckets.

took her vehicle and filled the tank so she doesn't have to do it tomorrow. stopped at the grocery store and got a fresh deli veggie pizza.
Pizza has a story: when I first met Barb, she worked days and I worked nites at the same dealership. A few hours overlapped where I saw her. Friday nites, I would call her and ask would she bring us pizza? guess I asked often enough and she finally did. and, 5 years or so later, we were married.

Nice! I hate throwing away perfectly good materials, and I (or rather, "we") have been known to accept them "just because", and then find a welcoming home for them.

I hate this throw away society. I can make something out of what I got out of the garbage that was never used and still good.
Guess I'm a scrouge but made some good stuff from garbage.

I agree with you 100%, too much perfectly good materials get thrown out for no reason, so why shouldn't someone have the opportunity to make something out of them. Good for you, free materials makes for a better profit for your hard work, and yes, Fred, you do some excellent work.

We have a local container site the lets us drop off recyclables. This throw away society is sickening. I just put in a new water softener. It lasted 30 years. Sure hope this new digital one can pull that off.
