Sitting on a rock having my coffee and a smoke looking at Lake Winnipeg. We’re at Hecla island resort. Oldest son getting married today on the beach. Quite a party last night, a little foggy this morning, hotel room coffee is crap. Got to get primed up for tonight's festivities. Wish me luck don’t know if this old guy can do two nights in a row. Make it a good one guys
Have a good time Murray.

Dare I say it?
Sun tonight and no rain.
Been nice all day actually but strong winds.
Got the car all spiffed up and think I fixed an annoying rattle.
Had to bend the left pipe down a tad as it was too close to the body.
Find out tonight when I fire up the car.
I'm betting the place will be packed.
I'll take pictures if something new comes in

Went to a show this afternoon, decent turnout, little more than 100 cars, a few I've not seen before. Rarely see any Comets of this era and there were 2!

The 55 Chevy Cameo is a very well done restomod. I talked to the owner for a while, he has 13 of them, bought this one at the Barrett-Jackson auction a couple years ago.

Morning guys.
Great show last night and the place was jammed.
I took some pictures of some I don't think I've posted before.
The Silver Nova is just sick. The same guy has owned it for years but haven't seen it for a while.
Another show tonight that's looking good weatherwise.

Yes I remember they were called the Maverick Grabber. No?

One of my friends has a 62 Chrysler 300/413 red in colour, I’ll see if I can get a pic.
This one has a factory 383 and it has tall enough gears to cruise easy at 70 MPH. He fallowed me and was no problem keeping up.
I need to go for a ride in it someday.

Been a lovely day and the car show should be good tonight.
This is Joanne Wilder, one of the jockies from my fav radio station Q107 in Toronto. She been with them a long time. She was once in Playboy magazine and you can see why.
She's on from 10 -2 daily

Oldest son had the leg iron attached to the ball yesterday afternoon. On a beach overlooking Lake Winnipeg. Nice service, great reception. Good time was had by all. Two nights party, nursing this old carcass now, probably take 2 or 3 days to get to the hangover so by Friday I should be feeling better. LOL time for a nap next time guys

Having a hell of a hard time posting pictures and I'm not computer smart. I'm about ready to blow up my computer and internet.:BangHead::BangHead::elmer:
