Got to love U.S. cars every nut &bolt came apart like nothing my old 7 1/4 is out.Monday I will take my leafs in to be rearck would like to get 1 1/2 lift.any thoughts of what bushing to get are there cheepeess to stay away from. Please share your thoughts.PS what a great day here we hit about 50 degrees here:cheers:.

i used the mancini aluminum bushings on one dart, i think they were poor quality. dont recomend them. the slid into the spring eye and you could literally slide the spring on them in the car. the steel sleeve was like a piece of emt conduit. paper thin. they could have at least put a shoulder on one side to lock them in place inside the spring mount. the ones that came with the caltracs for my other dart blew them away. oh yeah i tried thier aluminum shackle bushings, they didnt even fit factory shackles. customer service sucked on that deal too. with my duster i tried something i never heard anyone using before, afco nylon bushings. they have a nice heavy steel sleeve, they have a shoulder so the spring could not slide on them like the junk from mancini. they were fairly cheap too. my shackles were bad too so i used the HD prothane shackle kit with poly bushings and sleeves that are supposed to be a real stiff piece and take out some body roll.

So Jamesdart there are ones to stay away from always is.I think I will stay with rubber this car will not be a hard driver, infack here there is a stunt driving law now IT SUCKS :wack:
