FWIW, One of the guys I race with has a Valiant (~2700 #s empty) with unported eddys, ~12:1 comp, 590 purple cam, 3.79 crank stroker. I have seen him go 6.50s @ 104 in the 1/8 (low 10s in the ¼). Im not sure if its the light weight or what but that car HAULS for whats in it.
