This is not a judging contest. lol I don't race the Dart much but here is a pass with me driving. If anyone wants a nice smallblock built let me know as my engines run with the best of em. My dart is legal to run 10.00 so thats where we keep it but by adding some compression,solid roller cam and a 1050 dominator the dart would easly run 9.50 to 9.60s at over 3100 lbs. I Just finished a 410 smallblock for A1090cuda and Should have it at the track by the end of the month. A1090cuda came over to my home/shop and sat in on my assembly job which took about 20 hours, so ask him how meticulous I was with checking EVERY clearance on his motor. My contact info is on my website and checkout my customers rides.

steve,you really have that car running great,i thunk the best video is the three gear wheelie.when i was going there as much as possible it was 99 or 98 i think you had just put in a 360.it was running 11.60s i think.you and lisa let me crawl under the car to look at the suspension.had leafs still.and it was and still is deadly consistant.

One of the best moves I could of made was to have Steve take charge of my rebuild. Checks everything twice and sometimes three times or more. He uses one of the best if not THE best machine shop on the planet. And his knowledge of small block Mopars is crazy. He knows what works and what not to even consider. I'm sure there are others out there that are as good as Steve and maybe even better, but I've never met them. So if you ask me who I would recommend to build (or even a freshen up)a motor (even a Chevy) hands dow it would be Steve. The only thing to do now is to get it back into the car and to go git sum!!!

If it had leaf springs it probably had the 340 motor in it. We street drove that motor everywhere and it ran the best of 11.66. The 360 was built in 1998 and was only at the track once with the leafsprings. I had Concord drive line service build me a new drive shaft and the first day out with the new motor(360) the driveshaft broke in half at the topend of the track and did a bunch of damage( broken bellhousing on trans and broke an ear off the motor and bent up the rearend and traction bars. After that happened Lisa's dad narrowed a dana 60 for us and installed the ladder bars. I built another trans and had the block welded back together. That 9.25 to 1 J headed 360 ran the best pass of 10.83. We are getting ready to race the Spring Fling in Vegas this weekend so I have been real busy.

A1090cuda, thanks for the Plug! That motor should run 2 to 3 tenths faster than it did before. I will call you when we get home from Vegas.

Only been a few times with my car. Wish I had a vid. I have a pic of me running at MATS a few years ago thanks to another FABO member.

All I have is some still shots of the car. The last one is a screen shot from the scrolling marque on Lucas Oil Raceway's site, my car passed by about every 40 seconds on there :-D.
