yup yup im excited to get it apart and get the block to the machine shop for some initial basic checking.

Congrats!! Not sure what you got for pulleys n brackets, but make sure if you are going "stock" that you get a complete set(that matches the water pump). Mismatched pulleys, brackets are a pain.
Enjoy, Im jealous....LOL

i have nothing yet for a 360 just all my stock 318 stuff that's on the car now. i need to do a lot of research as i dont know yet if any of my current stuff like headers or motor mounts or anything. not even sure if the J heads are worth spending a few$ on but i will get it all figured out

lost some posts in this thread from the great crash of 2014. but im still looking forward to digging into this motor this winter.

Pretty much anything off of your 318 will bolt on the 360. That is if it is an LA 360. You'll need different engine mounts and a different oil pan. Your pullies and brackets, headers, etc, will bolt right up. You'll also need a different TC, or a flex plate for the 360

Not sure if it was original to the car but the motor came out of a 73 challenger. I will fig in and run the numbers once hunting season is over.
