Looking for a RV Cam

Just wondering if anyone had or knew where to get a good RV cam for my 87 318 that is in my pick up. Looking to upgrade to a 4bbl, so a cam would not be a bad idea, need more torque thats all.

Summit racing has cams that were ground by Crane. Inexpensive with good split duration specs. Not to choppy on the idle.

MoPar has a few cams that might fit the bill as well.

Going to show my ignorance here...is that 87 318 a non magnum but with a roller cam???
