I am in the process of rewiring my 64 valiant dash is out of car the original harness I a disaster I'm amazed the car never burnt down,
Has anyone used this bulkhead connecter. I plan to mount the fuse panel in a box on the inner fender under the hood.
Pics. Of what I have and what I plan to use .
Thanks for looking.

I like the 2nd pic box. Fuses and relays. Use a relay with your lights, electric cooling fans, fuel pump etc. if you're going that route.

If already set with relays the top one is fine too. Good luck and post some pics. You are right I'm amazed it didn't burn.

Looks like the top one could be powered all the time or powered in run/Acc depending on how you wire it.

i am using a combo fuse panel in my Dart - one side for power all the time; the other for power only in run/acc

Here's a dirty example from a junkyard but its got place for three fuses, relays, circhit breakers and a cover

I think you only need 2 relays, but spots for a couple more aren't going to hurt depending on where its getting placed.
For your plans, it seems like factory box and location was good, except for the headlight relay - that should be close to the alt and/or headlights.
I'm not sure where the best place may be for the top relay. Haven't thought about it.
An ignition circuit relay could go in the engine bay if you want to get fancy.
Adding a fuse for the horn wouldn't hurt.
Adding a maxi-fuse or fusible link for the battery feed wouldn't hurt.

Woofie, if I was in your shoes, I'd slap eliminate the bulkhead connector.
