Looking for special pressed bolts

I'm looking for a set of new pressed bolts that attach the front of the
leaf spring hanger to the frame of a 68 dart, they look like stud Bolts for a wheel rim except they only take a 3/8 nut it is 1 1/2 inches long. If anyone knows where I can get these on line it would be appreciated.
The smaller photo is the actual size the larger is for more detail

If you could get a wrench on them, you could use standard nuts and bolts.

I could tack weld a standard bolt but I'm trying to keep it all original.
I haven't found any wheel studs in 3/8.

In the fab shop we would use carrige bolts. To press them in would broach the round drilled hole to square. A tack weld held them in place.
