Losing brake pressure

I Did the 73 up swap on a 65 dart,turn the steering wheel all the way to the lock position either left or right and the pedal goes to the floor....the brakes work fine with the wheel straight.Any Ideas?

So let me get this straight, your brake pedal goes to the floor when the wheels are turned (like held on the stop), but is OK when going straight ahead? Thats odd. Do you have to pump the pedal back up, or is it magically back to normal?

Now if the pedal goes to the floor AFTER making a sharp turn, but pumps back up to normal with the wheels straight, I'd say your calipers are hitting something and one of the pistons id getting compressed when you make the sharp turn. If you have an OEM 67-72 sway bar, and installed the calipers to the front, they may be hitting the bar. The 73 and later cars had their sway bar mounting points moved inward a little to allow for the front mounted caliper. You can switch the spindles AND calipers side to side and possibly solve the interference issue.

Manual brakes.when you straighten the wheel you have to pump the brakes up.I've have a firm feel sway on it but it was happening before I installed it.

Something is hitting at full lock. Turn the wheels and take a look.

A kinking line will cause a restriction and therefore a hard pedal. If the pedal is abnormally low that indicates an abnormally large amount of fluid is being sent to the calipers to stop the car. This would be the result of abnormally long caliper piston travel due to something hitting the caliper and compressing it. I have had this problem on a non-Mopar vehicle, where my calipers were hitting the shock mounts.

The calipers r hitting the sway bar mounts....should I swap spindles and put the caliper in the back?

Unless shorter end links will solve it, yes swap spindles AND calipers side-to-side. You must swap calipers also or the bleed screw will be the low point as opposed to the high point.
