Loss of a legend - Brian Wilson passes at 82

Yep, this one really hurts! Such a genius trapped in his own jail. I love the complexity of his thinking and how he brought it all together, sometimes with only. simple innocence. May he RIP!

as always, pop culture paints mopar as the villian of the story!

rip to a real one.

Ever read the back story on that song?

It’s in one of my AHRA magazines from back then. The song is based on an actual rivalry and the 413 barely lost the race. Why? Cause a plug wire melted causing it to run on 7 cylinders.

The pair would line up in the finals again a few weeks later and the 413 spanked the vette.

I've always liked this one......and purt near all of um. If you find yourself not being able to tap your foot or feel good to some Beach Boys music, somethin's wrong with you. Right bad. May Brian rest in peace.

i never knew that! thanks for the tidbit of history.

listening to it, i always felt like it alluded to the dodge winning the race

And the one about the little old lady from Pasadena was supposedly true. 64 red dodge 2 door sedan.
My 64 Dart has a salvage title. The fella I bought from near Palmdale said it was totalled with fender damage.owned purportedly by a little old IN Pasadena. Not sure if I can authenticate as was out of system for some time.
