I can’t help you with the correct factory size as I use a Chevy one wire but Summit sells aluminum and steel spacers that come in very handy and ever car guy should have some.

Ohhh Boy this is ugly. I picked this bracket and alternator up off a table 10 years ago for 25.00 and adapted it to my engine plate. I didn’t have these nice spacers then so I used a mixture of stock Mopar spacers and hardened washers and it worked so well I never changed it.

I have the stock spacer on my motor and it's 1-3/16.
Even though, you might be better off lining up the pulleys and measuring.

About a 1/2" x 3/8 drive socket long, lol. Hey it worked in a pinch.......
