Low Pressure Sewer Run test, was Grandfathered in 2005 when the City brought City Water and City Sewer into the Street out front. Owner hooked up to City water and ran the underground 4" horizontal sewer line out to the street access but did not connect, now working fine in 2025.
Septic tank and drain field on the property still working fine, but now in 2025 they want people off the septic systems.
Low Pressure Test, PASS ! No Obstacles....

We have to leave the line going to the septic tank open at a visible point, put a rubber plug in it, remove both toilets and plug the flanges, then fill both tubs with water for a leak down test that the county inspector has to sign off on. Brand hammer new trailer that cost $50K and you gotta do all that. We've ran the water lines, connected the power from the meter pole to the inside panel, installed the heat pump and have one porch built. I just can't get over the sewer line thing....lol.
