Low Pressure Sewer Run test, was Grandfathered in 2005 when the City brought City Water and City Sewer into the Street out front. Owner hooked up to City water and ran the underground 4" horizontal sewer line out to the street access but did not connect, now working fine in 2025.

Septic tank and drain field on the property still working fine, but now in 2025 they want people off the septic systems.

Low Pressure Test, PASS ! No Obstacles....

Man! Thats a long way into the future!!!

The First Original owner of the property had his sh.t together (1969 he built out the lot and moved in the '69 trailer). Full complete cement slab under the trailer home, good base to anchor it down rock solid for hurricane season. Everybody else in the neighborhood has overhead wiring for their power feed, this guy put it underground from the meter pole on the property line and ran it underground 60' to the trailer access. No wires getting tore down from high hurricane winds. Then he put up a 4' chain link fence all the way around the property perimeter and it is a double lot that he selected.

He even erected a short wave radio antenna pole about 30' high, that is still there.

Believe he was the first person to setup in this area, people that came after him did cheaper setups hence ripping open their exterior siding like a tuna can during the hurricanes.

Don't look like much by today's standards, but when you really look it over he set it up right.

Thank You....

For sure, like that big lot. Proximity here is 5 minutes close to everything. Lots of Pluses about the old property.

I've been helping my Brother in law set up a new mobile home that his daughter just bought. Some of the hoops you have to jump thru now are just :realcrazy: We have to leave the line going to the septic tank open at a visible point, put a rubber plug in it, remove both toilets and plug the flanges, then fill both tubs with water for a leak down test that the county inspector has to sign off on. Brand hammer new trailer that cost $50K and you gotta do all that. We've ran the water lines, connected the power from the meter pole to the inside panel, installed the heat pump and have one porch built. I just can't get over the sewer line thing....lol. :BangHead:
