Lower Ball Joints

I'm struggling to find "assembled" lower ball joints that have the tie rod connection. All I'm finding is the joint itself. Am I crazy or just not searching for the right thing?

... The tops are screw in. The bottoms are bolt in like the photo. Unless you have a newer Mopar.
