Evening folks,
Put the doors on yesterday and discovered that the lower hinges have significant wear. Are these pieces replaceable? I looked in the year one catalog but it seems that the only choice is hinge replacement. The pins are fine on the pass. door, and "ok" on the driver door.
Thanks,
C

They are the things that keep the door from just flying open and hold it in two different opend positions. I have looked at thouse before and they look pressed in to me. They may have a rebuild kit for them. I would think the old ones would need pressed or driled out and the new ones pressed in and mabby even need the ends mushroomed so they don't come back out.

You can get hinge pins and springs but I've not seen anything available for the rollers.

Thanks for the replies. I will try to contact res1vw21...
