This is with B/U light area of the housing for the lens painted Black W/Purple 1156 bulb but I am pretty sure I will use 1 of a couple Ideas with LED Purple bulbs for my car, made these out of industrial Acrylic from a wholesale only large plastics distributor here in Spokane Valley, WA

That is a rule for a sale ad. Offering items for sale in general threads like yours, is not allowed. Sale ads only.

Also going to LED the taillight part only on all four and then use the bulb sockets for stop and turn on both quarter and trunk mounted lights, The water proof LED's I am using for taillights are 400 Lumens, more on that to come, I also refused to pay the inflated price for a 4-speed tunnel hump so I made my own out of a $50 67 Chevelle one and cut and pasted and made my own center section, almost done

On my 65 Dart sedan delivery my red outers function as brake/taillights with the backups now functioning as amber/yellow turn signals with separate backup light courtesy of a 63 wagon

EDIT: i ought to get the wife to take a puc while I light one of the turn dignal. In lieu of that, here’s a closeup of the amber bulb. I’ve modified the wiring to have separate turn signals from the brake lights

To avoid conflict, it'd be best to go ahead and make an ad. It's already past the point of just saying, "I made these."

Not ready yet, only have 1 set done, I am 69 yrs old and work at a more slower methodical pace than just jumping right in and and not getting as good of quality like when I was younger. :):):)

I don't get it....you ain't ready but say 'if you want some, PM me'?? Now that takes the cake!  :poke:

I don't think I understand the point of this optic-free/window-clear reverse lens, purple bulbs, etc. Those optical facets are in the original for a good and necessary reason. If I were repurposing that compartment as a turn signal, I'd make a new lens out of the diamond-stippled acrylic diffuser material found in office ceiling lights everywhere, and I'd use a little-known 35w amber bulb to push enough light to make the little "island" turn signal plenty visible in the middle of the "red sea" brake light.

For a next trick, how 'bout high-intensity yellow LEDs behind the outboard red outer lens so when you put on the turn signal you get amber light. Appropriate control circuitry so if you're stepping on the brake at the same time, the outboard brake light operation is suspended on the signalling side until the turn signal is switched off (that's not hard to manage; I have the control circuit on shelf). Dim red tail operation carries on, not affected by any of this.

Oooh, that's an interesting idea to get amber light from a red lens. I may have to try that on my '66 some time.

What number bulb is this and are they readily available?

What's the damn difference if you say 'if interested' or 'if you want some' ??????????? Now if you want to split hairs..... #2....I'm not going to say anymore and I'm sure the other mods will either but if you like to stick your foot in your mouth some more, go fer it!

Made my first set of back-up lenses today, both pics have a lens in the chrome bezel, on my car I am using purple B/U bulbs. PM me if interested in a pair. Made from industrial Acrylic from large local wholesale only plastics distributor.
