Matching number versus headers

I'm in the process of rebuilding my 360 taking it .60 over with rv cam and weiand dual plane with edelbrock 600, I'm having the original matching number exhaust manifolds cleaned in the 3 step cleaner, but wondering if I should just run headers with 2 1/2" exhaust

wow, "matching numbers" exhaust manifolds...HMMMM..... is this a matching numbers all original restoration? is the engine? the build doesnt sound like it ......use them , hell, why not

It is matching numbers block, heads, and exhaust manifold, the only thing that isn't is intake, and would be running 2 1/4" system

Use the headers and save the original parts.But why a RV cam?
