looking for miller 6311,6312 and transmission fixture tool c3750b. i can borrow from dealership but would like to have my own. thanks. i am looking for these tools. had wife help me make want ad. sorry if any confusion.

You can pretty much make all you need. There are some videos online about rebuilding the related od trans. There was an excellent series of photos on a Jeep forum posted by a guy who unfortunately is not alive anymore.

This video series CAN be tedious to watch, but at least you can follow it. This series tells you how to make the tools you need, except for snap ring pliers etc. You will need a press, a small one. I bought a used HF press for I think 50 bucks

Somewhere around 18:35 in this one he shows the homebrew OD press tool You can easily make this one or even a better one with some basic fab skills

Do you know a commercial electrician? The C-3750 stand is easy to make with some 1/2" EMT and a bender.
 
Here are the support locations on the base from the front. Their width is 2" and they are around 3/16 to 1/4 thick too. I'll verify shortly.

Mine is all steel but you could do it from aluminum and save weight. It was blue but I powder coated it red so it would stand out in the photos in the book.
I can get the hole locations but what you are looking at has holes for the B motor 727, the A motor 727 and 904/998/999, and the slant six. i use this also for T-400s and T-350s.
 
Here are the hole locations starting from left as you look at the bell housing support. they are all centered on aline .75" from top. There is 7.25" between center holes.
The lower support plates are .25" thick material.

If you search the tool numbers on ebay some are availible there too.
