Mirror ID

The previous owner of my Scamp was waving this mirror around and telling me how it is some rare right side mirror for an A body. now that I have had time to examine it, it does not match either the one on the Dart or the Scamp. Can somebody tell me what it is, other than a piece of junk?

It's the low budget mirror that would have come as an option on the passenger door. It would match the low budget (standard equipment) mirror (ie: non-remote) on the drivers door.
