Yea, my cousin had a 4 spd in his Anglia..he had to feather the clutch when he launched off the line to keep the front wheels on the ground. That Anglia was "radical"!!!

I do agree on the Hedman's, they are made well and fit reasonably good.

WE can all WANT to buy American-made. The economy of scale is no longer there on many parts. When the prices of materials, labor, and liability insurance increase the price of the part beyond our threshold of pain, WE look elsewhere, so companies seek to reduce costs. Suck, yes. Just have to sort out what's important - Quality, Price, Where Its Made, etc. I look for North American products (****, half my truck is from Mexico, the other half from Canada) first, but the quality has to be there. In the end, happy to just have parts available to 40 - 60 year old cars.
