One additional question - just realized this now that it is all back together; There was another flange style 'cap' pressed onto the harmonic balancer; actual crankshaft seal is in place, but is this a dust shield I should have put on? Previous damper shown:

Nah, we don't ever run those. I don't think I've ever had one on any of my mopars.
